Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Workstation
Structure made of 19mm thick ply board covered with sun mica from outside. Work Bench of perforated Stainless steel. Clear acrylic side panels. Front acrylic door of collapsible type. The unit is fitted with HEPA filter provided vertically on the back of the workbench to provide clean Air to the to the work bench horizontally. Using a dynamic machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor of ¼ H.P. Capacity operates with minimum noise level. Pre-filters are fitted in lower portion of the cabinet to supply pre-filtered air to the blowers. One fluorescent tube and one U.V. Germicidal light provided over work bench. Cock for gas provided in one corner of the work bench, static pressure manometer fitted on top.
To work on 220/230 volts A.C. Supply.
The main feature of Laminar flow are :
1. Static finish S.S. Table Top.
2. Static Pressure manometer.
3. Built in U.V. Germicidal light.
4. Cocks for gas.
5. Front removable Hepa filter in 99.97% efficient on all particles 0.5 um or larger to provide laminar flowclean air.

Vertical Laminar Air Flow Workstation
Protects operator form toxic fumes and harmful dust. Specifications are same as per above but with laminar air flowing down vertically from top to the work table. HEPA filter 99.9% efficient on particle 0.3 um or larger. Pretested & certified to meet to exceed federal standard 209b, class 100 conditions.
